As a top producer, Michele is known for her well-connected network of sellers and buyers, her close ties among other agents, and her unparalleled dedication to delivering the results her clients are looking for. Helping buyers find their dream home, even if it’s not on the market, is one of the most rewarding parts of her job, as is negotiating the highest possible price for sellers so they close the door on one chapter of their lives and move on to the next.

Primarily focusing on the areas of Hillsborough, San Mateo, Burlingame and Atherton, Michele started her residential real estate sales career first with Alain Pinel Realtors and then joined Compass who has quickly dominated the Bay Area Market with their superior technology, state-of-the-art marketing, and highly successful agents. With $100M in sales over the last 4 years, Michele is a top producer at Compass and ranked in the top 1% of all residential real estate professionals or teams in the U.S. 

Michele is proud of the fact that over 90% of her business stems from referrals from satisfied clients via positive word-of-mouth. Developing a strong reputation in her community for delivering results for her buyers and sellers has been her goal from the beginning, and she has undoubtedly succeeded.

Michele has a BA in Organizational Communications from The Ohio State University and earned a certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School. 

Aside from her career, Michele is also a proud mother of two amazing civic-minded teenagers. When not working, she can be found spending time with her family and their two rescue dogs. As dedicated members of the National Charity League, she and her daughter often spend time volunteering for many local nonprofits, such as the Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA.
